Norwich - Riverside (return trip)

Fancy a shorter paddle through Norwich? If you want to go out on the river but don't fancy one of our longer routes you can go for a 2 Hour Paddle instead! During this trip you paddle through Norwich's beautiful city centre. Starting from our Elm Hill Quay pontoon, next to the Ribs of Beef pub, you paddle towards the colourful houses on Quayside and onwards to Whitefriars Bridge, The Jarrolds Bridge and Cow Tower. You continue underneath Bishop Bridge, passing Pulls Ferry and continue towards Riverside. You'll want to spin yourselves around when you're near The Waterfront and leisurely paddle back towards the launch spot at the Ribs of Beef.

If you fancy more canoeing, you can then continue towards the Arts University, old Bullard and Sons Anchor Brewery and the derelict Eastern Electricity Building, which still has Sir Thomas More’s novel Utopia painted on it (by artist Rory Macbeth), until you reach New Mill's Yard.
